Criterion creative lead the design director is the one in charge of "guaranteeing those missions are as fun and interesting as can be for the gamers."

Regardless of reports that the scale of the title had challenged the multiple developers partnering globally to create the title, the director is optimistic about the work.

"Collaborating with diverse cultures, different heritages, it's a really fascinating atmosphere to be involved in daily," he says.

"This entire strategy has been a fresh take but additionally really exciting because we are working with individuals from internationally."

As for the pressure on the crew, Fas comments: "There is stress but at the same time it's exciting.

"We're dealing with a large venture. It's probably the biggest that the majority of the team have ever worked on."

Emerging Developer Brings New Insight
